How to make a report

If you smell a foul odour, see waste on the road, see anything concerning please report it.

The EPA can only act if they are aware of the issues.

Reports should be made in writing or by phoning the EPA.

Option1:

The email should have this information

• Your name

• Date & Time noticed

• Where you were when you noticed the smell & poor air quality

• Please upload any video or photo evidence.

• Extra information can include the weather & wind that day.

• Please ask for a logged item number

  Please also let your Derwent Valley Councillors, elected officials, and the businesses of the waste stream know your comments too.
